Coasters / 2015
In 2015, I designed and built a set of nine coasters using off-cuts from the Melbourne School of Design Workshop – materials that would have otherwise been discarded. This project allowed me to creatively repurpose small timber pieces, transforming them into functional and beautiful objects. To add interest to the design, and to ensure that each coaster is stable, I hand-milled each base to create four seamless feet in the corners.
