Campus maps redesign / 2025

In 2025 I re-designed the Campus maps for Melbourne Grammar School. The school has two campuses, a Primary school and a Secondary school, and the re-design allowed for a refreshed and cohesive look for both. It was important for the new maps to be clear and legible for both digital and print purposes. Along with careful consideration of font, symbols, scale and line weight, I also introduced colour whilst ensuring alignment with the existing brand. I used green to highlight the lush grounds and surrounding gardens, as vegetation is a key part of the campuses – some of the trees are historical, iconic and key markers. The new maps were carefully designed in Adobe Illustrator for future-proofing and adaptability. They can easily be exported as different variants (portrait and landscape) and for different audiences (internal and public-facing) depending on their purpose.
