Wooden Combs Packaging / 2020
In August 2020, I designed and made wooden combs for retailing. I created the combs’ packaging and gift-wrapping, and promoted the combs on social media @anaispoussindesign. The packaging includes a linen pouch, which I designed and sewed, and a product card to include the product’s materials and care instructions. I translated my brand’s logo into 3 stamp sizes that I cut out of lino and used onto the pouches, product cards, and gift wrapping to indicate the handmade authenticity of my products. In 2020, I entered the Wooden Combs in the Wood Maker of Year Awards Competition in the Art & Accessories category and it received the People’s Choice Winner Award.
